Admin Staff (Pulogadung)

We are an importer and distributor in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage industry in Indonesia, consisting of several key entities: PT Pantja Artha Niaga, PT Pelita Abadi Niaga, PT Pelita Makmur Perkasa, PT Sumber Anggur Sejahtera, and Nano Logistic, PT.

Currently, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as "Admin Staff - Pulogadung". This role will be responsible for supporting sales and business operations through data management, reporting, outlet monitoring, and distributor administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain distributor sales data, outlet achievement reports, and business review documents, process sales orders submitted by the Sales Team.
• Monitor outlet contracts and distributor stock availability, perform daily and monthly stock opname (inventory stock count), Ensure system inventory matches physical stock, ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Manage physical and digital filing systems to support business operations.
• Provide administrative support for sales and commercial activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, data processing, reporting, and analysis).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good administrative and document management skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and generating reports.
• Familiar with email communication and digital administration tools.
