Admin Staff/Encoder

Scope:

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly documentation and reporting
• Reporting of production progress
• Monitor QA testings
• Conduct inventory and release of materials
• Preparation and updating of reports
• Perform other related coordination tasks
• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Reporting of facilities and equipment
• Prepare and quality check materials

Requirements:

• Associate grad or college graduate of any related course
• Experience in Admin/Inventory/Production/Operations
• Professional work ethic and standards
• Able to multitask effectively
• Computer-literate (Google office/Microsoft office)
• Resourceful and good communication skills
• Flexible and can work independently
• Residing within/near Valenzuela City
