Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail, store, or similar environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Spreadsheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work with deadlines.
• Good document filing and administrative skills.
• Willing to work onsite and follow company procedures.

Job Description

• Manage, organize, and maintain Store administrative documents, both hardcopy and softcopy.
• Perform data entry and update administrative records accurately.
• Prepare regular administrative reports and data recaps.
• Check the completeness and accuracy of documents before processing.
• Prepare documents required for Store operations.
• Coordinate administrative matters between the Store and relevant departments.
• Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are easily accessible when needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
