ADMIN / STORE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

(ADMIN)

• Assist in daily operation of the office.
• Handling admin and clerical task.
• Responsible for delivery note, invoice, and do matching accordingly.
• Responsible for sales order confirmation to ensure the info received is accurately and correctly recorded.
• Perform data entry and maintain relevant records/documents.
• To Liaise with Supplier and sourcing material.

(STORE)

• Receiving, unpacking, quantity and quality inspection, labelling, put-away and data entry for goods receipts.
• Packs and ships orders for delivery.
• Checking and updating of stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Ensure all activities recorded and timely data entry update into system.
• Monitor weekly stock issued from store and parts need re-order.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks, as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Hardworking & responsibilities and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff within the organization.
• Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage.
• Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction
• With or without working experience. Training will be provided.
• Full-Time, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to work overtime, as and when it’s required.
• Working days : Monday to Saturday. (Alternate Saturday)
