Admin, Study Abroad Placement

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• To assist in creation of account/fill up form for new application & check on documents
• To assist in handling visa application, including but not limit to: preparation for visa submission, visa submission, post-visa submission follow up
• To promptly relay and manage all visa application updates to relevant counsellors accordingly to ensure updates are deployed efficiently and effectively.
• To liaise and communicate with students regarding visa application
• To perform any other tasks or administrative and operational duties as directed by the team.

Requirements

• Diploma and above in any field of study.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, as the role involves supporting Mandarin-speaking students and partners.
• Excellent work ethics.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong quality control mindset for document verification.
• Communication skills across university PICs and relevant teams.
• Proactive work ethic with the ability to manage strict task timelines and follow-ups.
• Organized and process-driven approach to tracking student pipelines, EMGS visa progression, and database records.
• Be able to travel and work on-site in the office (Bandar Sunway).

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,800 - RM2,900 per month
• Transportation/Parking at office: RM120 (claimable)
• Annual Leaves: 15 days

• Medical Outpatient: RM500 (claimable upon confirmation)
• Hospitalisation insurance coverage (upon confirmation): RM50,000
• Commission upon achieve target & by management discretion
