Admin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate administrative support staff. Provide ongoing coaching, delegate daily tasks, and manage performance.
• Office Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, facility maintenance, and mail distribution.
• Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and maintain administrative standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, assist with budget tracking, prepare periodic reports, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Cross-Departmental Support: Coordinate internal meetings, events, travel arrangements, and inter-departmental communications to support executive leadership.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, employee administrative requests, and operational troubleshooting.
