Admin Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor for Administration & Security to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe working environment, and manage administrative functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a disciplined background, and the ability to handle both administrative and security responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage administrative and security staff
• Ensure implementation of company policies and security protocols
• Monitor premises and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting, record-keeping, and coordination
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
• Liaise with management and external agencies when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in administration and/or security
• Candidates having experience with healthcare will be prefered
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
