Admin Supervisor

Location: Bhopal
Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Admin Supervisor to manage day-to-day office operations and support field-based administrative tasks. The role also includes handling purchase-related activities such as vendor coordination and procurement support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office administration and routine operations
• Handle documentation, file management, and record keeping
• Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and purchases
• Manage procurement activities including price comparison and quotations
• Conduct local market visits for vendor sourcing and purchase-related work
• Support basic event arrangements and coordination (logistics, materials, etc.)
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day office and field tasks
• Maintain communication between office staff and external vendors

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle both office and field responsibilities
• Familiarity with local market/vendor network in Bhopal is preferred

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in admin, supervisor, or similar roles
• Freshers can apply

Additional Information:

• Role involves local travel within the city for official work
• Candidate should be comfortable with field visits and vendor interactions
