ADMIN SUPERVISOR

• Supervise daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
• Oversee security operations and guard deployment schedules to ensure full coverage of company premises and project sites.
• Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
• Maintain an organized filing system for company records, contracts, permits, correspondence, and other documents.
• Prepare and review administrative reports, memos, letters, and other official communications.
• Coordinate the processing and monitoring of permits, licenses, insurance documents, and other project requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to administrative personnel.
• Address routine administrative concerns and escalate significant issues to management.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different departments and project sites.
