ADMIN SUPERVISOR

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in administrative operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

Proven experience in business license applications, permit processing, renewals, and regulatory compliance.

Experience coordinating with government agencies and local government units (LGUs).

Knowledge of processing and renewing business permits, mayor’s permits, barangay clearances, fire safety permits, sanitary permits, and other applicable government licenses.

Familiarity with Philippine business registration requirements, local ordinances, government regulations, and applicable compliance standards.

Experienced in preparing, submitting, monitoring, and following up on documentary requirements and regulatory applications.

Ability to track permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.

Established experience coordinating with LGUs, BIR, DTI/SEC, BFP, DOH, DENR, and other relevant government agencies, as applicable.

Skilled in handling government inspections, compliance documentation, official correspondence, and regulatory follow-ups.

Professional communication and negotiation skills when dealing with government representatives.

Ability to maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, contracts, and official documents.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
