Admin Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker）

• Oversee daily company hostel & canteen management: monitor facility condition, food quality, hygiene standard, resolve residents’ feedback and operational issues

• Handle hostels’ enquiries, complaints, and follow‑ups

• Prior hands‑on experience managing company canteen/ hostel is a MUST

• Maintain proper filing, records, and documentation

• Prepare letters, notices, and basic reports

• Assist in billing, collection updates, and simple accounts records

• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and management

• Support day‑to‑day office administration

• Need to know the procedures for applying for a PVP visa and an EP visa

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of administrative experience; hostel or canteen facility management experience is a strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; Mandarin speaking is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders
