Admin Support (Fresh can apply)

Start with 6 months contract, company will review for conversion if performance exceeds expectation during that period.

Responsibilities:

• Support Purchasing department with Buyers
• Purchase inventory and non stock items.
• Convert PR to PO to supplier up to acknowledgement is received.
• Follow up new and open PO, update into system.
• Ensure timely order and purchase of item(s) when requested by planner to ensure smooth production activities.
• Work and deals with supplier on quotations (price & term negotiations), shipments and MRB parts.
• Involve in preparation for internal/external audit.
• Any other ad-hocs duties.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 830am-6pm (off on weekends)
• Overtime is expected due to the nature of the support role for the department.
• NO ALLOWANCES, only basic and any Overtime claim.
• Flexible working hours will on be given after 2 weeks of joining (options of working time will be shared).
• Laptop and work desk will be provided.
• Training is provided and guided by senior(s).
• Conversion to a full Buyer / Purchaser role will be considered for those who exceeds expectation and salary adjustment will be conducted once that happen to align with the change of role.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Holders (Degree is preferred).
• Those with Excel Skills for Pivot and Macro will be prioritized
• Must have basic Microsoft Excel skills

1. Annual leave is still given during this contract period
2. All statutory benefits are still contribution (on both sides)
3. No unlawful deduction on salary excepts for Non Paid Leave or Unserved Notice
4. Public Holiday will follow the company's calendar
5. Parking inside premise is available for first come first serve basis
6. Cafeteria is available (but small unit only)
