Requirements of the role

We are looking for 2 Admin Support Officers to join the Executive Office, Board Secretariat & EA Team. The Admin Support role has an important and valuable contribution to enable us to deliver on our goals and regulatory commitments.

The Admin Support Officer will help Directors and their teams manage diaries, meetings, travel and day-to-day administration. By keeping essential activity organised and moving, the postholder will enable colleagues to focus on strategic priorities, decisions and delivery, while collaborating across teams at Ofwat and engaging with external stakeholders as part of a busy team that works at pace to help deliver Ofwat’s strategic objectives.

We are looking for someone organised, proactive and dependable who enjoys working with different teams, manages competing priorities calmly and takes pride in providing a high-quality service.
