Admin Support Staff

To support the Performing Arts instructors in Singapore with -

• To support the Performing Arts instructors in Singapore with -
• School & Students Scheduling Matters- Tracking of Instructors/Students Daily, Weekly, Monthly schedule (this includes emailing school admins and principals for updates)
• Students' Evaluation - Data entry for certificates - Basic video editing of class and student videos and sorting them into correct folder (google drive) for each school and levels -
• Replying of general enquiries on social media, emails and WhatsApp

To support the Philippines side with-

• Assisting in events/production in the Philippines
• Assisting in video recording for online content production

Job Requirement:-

Fluent in written and spoken English in a Professional and Customer Service oriented manner.

1. Meticulous to details to spot any foreseeable clash of schedule.

2. Good analytical skills to fit the right instructors to schools

3. Able to work in stressful and fast paced environment. Able to do work with last minute changes in schedule in a composed manner, yet with the sense of urgency

4. Meticulous and good with numbers so ensure correct information is filed for accounting purposes

5. Able to work independently and researching of government policies on BIR and any other Philippines tax or permit requirements

6. Willing to work in Ortigas area (Hybrid Set Up)

Will give the schedule before interview

2 shifts available

Will work both weekends, off days will be on weekdays

Will work M-F and S (half day)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
