POSITION: ADMIN SYSTEM ANALYST

Work Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, South Caloocan

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or any related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in system support, business systems, administration, or a related role
• Experience supporting or working with an internal/company system is an advantage
• Basic understanding of system processes, workflows, and business requirements
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting, issue identification, and problem analysis
• Ability to gather, document, and clarify system requirements from users or departments
• Basic understanding of system testing, validation, and issue reporting
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and task-tracking skills
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling system-related requests and documentation
• Able to coordinate with users, departments, and technical teams to resolve system concerns
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Responsible, analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Willing to work onsite at 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, South Caloocan
• Can start ASAP

Job Description

• Assist in supporting and monitoring the company’s internal systems and applications
• Coordinate with users and departments regarding system concerns, requests, and requirements
• Gather and document business and system requirements based on user needs
• Analyze reported system issues and assist in identifying possible causes and solutions
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and coordinate unresolved issues with the appropriate technical team
• Assist in system testing and validation before and after system updates or changes
• Document system issues, requests, resolutions, and other relevant information
• Monitor and follow up on pending system concerns and action items
• Coordinate with IT, system developers, and concerned departments regarding system improvements and issues
• Assist in monitoring system processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare basic system-related reports and documentation
• Ensure assigned system requests and concerns are properly tracked until resolution or completion
• Perform other administrative, system support, and analytical tasks assigned by management
