About the role

Rafa Karya Indonesia is seeking an experienced Admin Tender to join our dynamic construction team. This is a full-time position based in South Tangerang, Banten. As Admin Tender, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the tender process, ensuring that all documentation, submissions, and communications are handled efficiently and professionally. This position is essential to supporting our business development objectives and maintaining our competitive edge in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and organising tender documentation, specifications, and bid proposals
• Coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary information and technical details for tender submissions
• Maintaining a comprehensive tender calendar and tracking submission deadlines
• Reviewing tender documents for completeness and compliance with client requirements
• Filing and archiving tender documents in a systematic and organised manner
• Communicating with clients and external stakeholders regarding tender queries and clarifications
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and supporting financial data for tender bids
• Monitoring tender results and maintaining records of successful and unsuccessful bids
• Supporting the tender team with administrative tasks and general office management duties
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the tender process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in tender administration or a similar administrative role within the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tender processes simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Knowledge of tender processes, procedures, and best practices in the construction sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with construction terminology and project management concepts
• A professional approach to confidential information and client relationships
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
