We are looking for a Admin -Training & Inspection Coordinator to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Dubai
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules and manage training registrations
• Support third-party inspection activities and documentation
• Handle daily administrative tasks and reports
• Coordinate with clients, trainers, and inspection teams
• Maintain records, certificates, and databases
• Assist with quotations, LPO follow-ups, and invoicing when required
• Provide general office and operational support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
• Previous administration experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email
• Knowledge/experience in training and inspection coordination is an advantage
• Knowledge of quotation preparation and LPO follow-ups
• Proactive, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Good teamwork and coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
