Admin VA (Interview Support) | WFH and Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations while confidently hosting and facilitating candidate interviews. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize administrative tasks to support daily operations
• Coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records, and track candidate progress
• Host and facilitate candidate interviews, ensuring professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Provide follow-up support and maintain interview documentation

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Confident in hosting and conducting interviews (virtual and/or in-person)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with scheduling tools, video conferencing platforms, and record management systems is a plus
