ADMIN WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing, and arranging stock.
• Prepare and maintain inventory records and stock movement reports.
• Assist with order processing, picking, packing, and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding deliveries and shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised, and properly maintained.
• Perform other administrative and warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in administration, warehouse operations, or logistics is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to assist with both office administration and warehouse operations.
