Admin Warehouse

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods and maintain overall inventory accuracy.
• Verify and reconcile system data, shipping documents, and physical inventory.
• Accurately and timely record warehouse transactions in the SAP/ERP system.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding shipping documents, monthly billing documents, and stock-taking data.
• Monitor, record, and analyze inventory data to support effective stock control.
• Operate and maintain accurate inventory and warehouse transaction records using SAP/ERP systems.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor based on operational requirements.

KEY QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar role.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, particularly for warehouse and inventory management.
• Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and administrative capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
