Admin Warehouse (English Speaking)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for operating and maintaining the warehousing system (SAP), and recording and processing inbound and outbound transactions accurately.
• Monitor inventory and reconcile physical stock with system records. Support stock opname, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with cross department teams.
• Understand the actions required to maintain accurate warehouse inventory.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any major.
• Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English (must) and Mandarin (advantage).
• Having good skill for Ms. Office (Specially Ms. Excel : V/H look up, pivot).
• Concerned with detail and a neat personality for working.
• Willing to work under pressure and do overtime.
• Ready to work in Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta Karawang.
• Can join as soon as possible.
