Admin Workshop - BCAE

­To Support Our Team, We Are Looking For Workshop Admin – Dubai, UAE You should have at least 3-5 years' experience in covering the role of Admin in the workshop in the Oil& Gas \Industrial Market.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can coordinate logistics, repair schedules, order material for workshop and ensure smooth operation in the workshop. He\she shall have experience in handling Quality & EOHS Management System and experience in handling paperwork, data entry, proposals preparation, order acknowledgements, invoicing, completing the entire cycle of component repair.

Your Tasks Will Be The Following

• Liaise with the Sales Engineers for any related communication with end users and suppliers
• Liaise with the Finance manager for any related communication with payments
• Liaise with local EOHS Safety & Security Officer
• Support the sales team to manage the geographic sales area to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
• Collaborate with the SERV Sales Engineer by processing repair jobs quotations and technical quotations
• Handing orders to the operations and support locally, on request, their execution
• Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both customer and company needs; within guidelines set by company
• Preparing / revising cost estimation and commercial proposals
• Handling a wide range of administration support including logistics and invoicing
• Assisting in preparation of sales agreements and contracts
• Invoicing generates sales documentation as required
• Accurately forecasts weekly and monthly order intake and revenue
• Act always in accordance with Company standards and procedure for Health, Safety and Environmental
• Respond efficiently to the demands of administration procedures imposed either by BCAG, BCAE, BCSA, HR or Clients
• To help Clients with their problems or complaints and to achieve a satisfactory solution
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Job Requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree in administration or Equivalent.
• Have had at least 3-5 years' relevant experience
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• A high degree of independence, communication skills in discussions with international clients and a highly developed quality conscience are characterizing your personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are familiar with the following IT applications (MS-Office; ERP; Etc.)
• Undertake all company, software and external training as directed by the line Manager either at BCAG or BCAE & BCSA offices or as required
