Admin/Accounting Executive

About the role

Kitz Corporation of Asia Pacific PTE. LTD Philippine Branch Office is seeking an experienced Admin/Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
• Handling government process with BIR, SEC, Pag Ibig or PhilHealth or all related license renewal annually
• To support handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Assisting with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Supporting the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

• With experience in an administrative or accounting role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with SAP accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree qualification is required
