About the role
A Clerk position within a retail and wholesale trading environment, responsible for supporting daily clerical and administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily clerical and administrative work
- Prepare invoices, sales orders, delivery orders and other documents
- Maintain sales, stock and inventory records
- Assist with customer orders and enquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Perform data entry, filing and documentation
- Assist with daily retail / wholesale operations
- Carry out other duties assigned by management
About you
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably wholesale retail / trading
- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with invoicing, stock or inventory systems is an advantage
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
