- Conducted Phone Interview to Assess Candidates Relevant Knowledge
Skills, Experience and Capabilities. - Organized and Scheduled Interviews with management, ensuring efficient coordination
- Sending Job offer to qualified Applicants
- Create Employees Contract & company ID.
- Maintain 201 and 202 Files of old and new Employees
- Onboarding and Pre-Employment Requirements
- Provide Safety gears to Deployed Employees onsite
-Ensure and Submit rate form/s newly Hired
-Research and Recommend new Sources for Active and Passive Candidate recruiting.
at least 6 months to 1 Year up Experience open to Apply
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
