Rockvale Finance, an Australian mortgage and finance brokerage, is looking for a motivated person in India to join our growing team

Location: India – Office in Jaipur New Aatish market (Hybrid) Salary: ₹30,000 per month Training: Full training will be provided Position: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with Australian home loan applications from start to settlement
• Collect and review client documents
• Data entry and file management
• Learn and work with Connective/Mercury and ApplyOnline
• Assist with serviceability calculations, valuations and lender pricing
• Follow up with Australian banks, lenders and BDMs
• Keep clients updated throughout their loan application
• Call and follow up potential leads
• General mortgage and finance administration

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Confident and professional on phone calls
• Good computer and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, organised and willing to learn
• Comfortable working independently from home
• Finance, banking, lending, sales or customer-service experience is an advantage
• Australian mortgage experience is NOT required – training will be provided
• Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity
