Conduct regular audits of SharePoint environments to ensure compliance| governance| and adherence to organizational policies. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related incidents| service requests| and changes in a timely manner| adhering to ITIL practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint-based solutions aligned to business needs. Monitor system health| capacity| and performance; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
