Realizar pedidos de compras de materia prima. 2) Atender las necesidades de los clientes de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos en la organización. 3) Liquidar nómina del personal a cargo (reporte de novedades, inventarios, cierres de mesa). 4) Programar el horario del personal perteneciente al punto de venta. 5) Enviar informes de ventas al personal encargado del control y seguimiento financiero de la organización. 6) Cuadre de caja. 7) Verificar las instalaciones del punto de venta de acuerdo a lineamientos establecidos de higiene y calidad.
