About the company and role

ISCAREM HUMAN RESOURCES connects technology and engineering companies with IT talent through specialized headhunting. We are currently recruiting an OpenShift Administrator for our client, a technology company with over 30 years of experience in the IT sector specializing in custom software and web development, integration solutions, and management applications for third-party projects.

What you will do

You will manage and maintain OpenShift environments on-site in Madrid, ensuring stability, performance, and security across infrastructure deployments. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting cluster issues, supporting development teams with containerized workloads, and optimizing resource allocation.

What the role requires

• Proven experience as an OpenShift Administrator or in a similar container orchestration role.
• Strong background in Linux system administration and container technologies.
• Ability to work on-site in Madrid on a 40-hour weekly schedule.

Your first months in the role

During your initial months, you will take on the day-to-day management of the client's OpenShift clusters, collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployments, and familiarize yourself with their custom software infrastructure.
