About the role

De'cucian Londre is seeking a Staff Administrasi & Operasional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking to support the smooth operation of our laundry branch, while also assisting with marketing strategy and social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations
• Ensure laundry service SOPs are executed correctly
• Handle and follow up on escalated customer complaints
• Manage transaction data and daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Record raw material inventory (detergent, plastic, hangers, etc.) and submit restock requests
• Assist with simple financial data input processes
• Manage social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) including posting schedules, captions, and simple promotional designs
• Execute promotion/discount programs and monitor their effectiveness
• Respond to customer DMs and comments on social media
• Seek partnership opportunities (e.g. with boarding houses, campuses, hotels, apartments) to increase B2B customers
• Assist with documentation (photos/videos) of branch activities for promotional content

About you

• Minimum Diploma education
• Experience in administration, operations, or marketing is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets
• Familiar with social media (Instagram, TikTok) and simple design tools (Canva)
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work with targets
