We are International Freight Forwarding Company specialized in Oil and Gas and Mining Industry, invites applications for the following position:

Position: Administrasi PIB

Location in Rawabokor – Tangerang Kota

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Understand Export – Import Regulation.
• Creating, inputting, and processing draft PIB, PEB, or other customs documents (such as BC 2.0, BC 3.0, BC2.8 etc.) via the CEISA (Customs-Excise Information System and Automation) module system.
• Analyzing shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading/airway bill) to accurately determine the product registration code or HS Code.
• classification.Have analytical skills, Problem solving, Creative thinking.
• Monitoring status PIB/PEB, DNP, SPTNP, DNP, SPSA.
• Monitoring shipment needs after SPPB (Notul, NPD etc).
• Responsibility to ensure every Operational activity will run smoothly related with land transport & speedboat request.
• Responsibility to follow up instruction form Internal.
• Mengelola dan mengarsipkan data PIB/PEB serta dokumen pelengkapnya secara rapi untuk kebutuhan audit kepabeanan.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (majors in Logistics, Sea/Air Transport Management, Business Administration, or International Trade are preferred).
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in the past.
• Understand the import process flow and be familiar with customs terminology (such as Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, SPPB, Notul, INSW).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language.
• Honest, disciplined, proficient in communication, and capable of working under pressure.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Can Work as soon as possible.
• Placed in Tangerang Banten
