Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Bangunan ; manjemen kontruksi, diutamakan lulus D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau Jurusan terkait.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai staff administrasi proyek dibidang konstruksi khususnya infrastruktur.
- Mampu bekerja dengan rapi, teliti dan detail dalam pengelolaan dokumen administrasi proyek, terbiasa menggunakan google drive untuk pengarsipan dan kolaborasi dokumentasi secara online.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama World dan Excel, untuk kebutuhan dokumentasi dan pelaporan.
- Memahami sistem administrasi proyek, termasuk proses pengajuan termin, perhitungan MC 0-MC 100 dan pelaporan progress proyek.
- Memahami dasar RAB, Opname pekerja, menghitung volume, menyusun laporan mingguan, memahami kurva S (nilai tambah).
- Familiar dengan gambar teknik/ sipil serta istilah proyek seperti shop drawing dan dokumen teknis lainnya (nilai tambah).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur dan mampu bekerja dengan target, dan mampu bekerjasaama dalam tim.
