Administrateur Outil Systèmes (Storage Automation Engineer) - Sénior

Dans le cadre du besoin d'un de ses clients Visian recherche un administrateur d'outils :

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

• Administration of Dell & Netapp block and file storage

• Administration of enterprise object (S3) storage systems (Dell ECS)

• Administration of backup environment (Networker, Veeam, Kasten, Avepoint)

• Administration and support of Linux-based infrastructure within the team's perimeter

• Design and implement automation to reduce manual operational effort across storage, backup, and Linux administration activities

• Build and support workflow automation solutions using platforms such as n8n or similar orchestration tools

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate script development, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow design, with appropriate review and governance

• Implement and enforce security best practices for storage systems

• Lead or contribute to storage, backup, Linux, and automation-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals

• Participate in storage and backup teams on-call rota (where required)

FUNCTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE SERVICE The service will be based in Ireland (Dublin) or France (Paris) within the storage and backup team. The storage and backup team has team members located in Paris, Dublin and Singapore.

• Hardware : Netapp ONTAP NAS, Dell ECS, Dell DataDomain, Dell Powermax, Dell Powerstore

• Software : Dell Networker, Veeam, Kasten

• Operating Systems : Linux and Windows

• Automation / Tooling : Bash, Python, n8n, Ansible or similar workflow automation tools, AI-assisted coding tools

• Languages : English and French

• Location : Ireland (Dublin) or France (Paris)

SCHEDULE FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE MISSION

• Start of intervention: ASAP

PREREQUISITES

• 8+ years' expertise in Netapp/Dell backup/storage products

• Familiarity with API-based automation and service integration

• Experience using AI coding tools to improve productivity in scripting, automation, and operational support

• Support and troubleshoot Linux-based workloads and services

• Strong understanding of data protection, disaster recovery, and backup strategies

• International context: French and English

• Kasten administration

• Kubernetes administration

This mission involves daily BAU and project activities. As a result, some out of hours and weekend work may be required. The mission requires the ability to travel and work onsite at the Dublin/Paris office location.
