Administration & Customer Service Executive

About the role

As an Administration & Customer Service Executive, you will be the frontliner playing a key role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting all visitors, guests, and customers with warmth and professionalism
• Managing the reception/information counter and ensuring it is always presentable
• Providing accurate directions and information as needed
• Answering phone calls and handling inquiries with proper etiquette
• Coordinating with security and other departments when necessary
• Offering general administrative support, including filing and documentation
• Performing other tasks assigned by the management from time to time

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Day shift availability (10am – 6pm), including weekends and public holidays. Willing to work 6 days work week, with 1 off day on a weekday
• Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
