Administration & Finance Manager (Chile)

We are hiring! Big Bang Copag is seeking an experienced Administration and Finance Manager to join our team in Santiago, Chile. This role requires advanced to fluent English proficiency, as it involves regular interaction with international stakeholders and corporate leadership.

The Administration & Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial stability, operational efficiency, and compliance with legal and labor requirements. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role oversees Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Legal matters, while partnering closely with the COPAG Brazil Finance Director and external service providers.

Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, supplier payments, and internal controls. The role also coordinates legal and contract administration, supervises operational services and logistics partners, and manages employee documentation and employment-related processes.

This position plays a critical role in supporting business growth by providing financial leadership, maintaining strong governance practices, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions across the organization.
