中隆投資有限公司誠聘一名細心、認真及抗壓能力強的綜合事務崗職員。此職位將負責公司行政及通用事務的日常運作，包括辦公室管理、檔案管理、部門預算管理及其他行政支援工作。你將成為公司營運的重要一員，確保辦公室運作暢順高效，並與各部門密切配合，為公司提供全面的行政支援。

你的工作

• 負責公司檔案全流程管理，建立檔案台帳
• 對接秘書公司、處理商業登記、報表申報及企業協會相關事務
• 開展部門預算編制，監控預算執行情況
• 推進企業文化建設
• 管理固定資產盤點、辦公用品及辦公區 5S
• 統籌會議安排，跟進辦公設施日常維護報修
• 負責行政總務相關採購管理
• 完成上級交辦的其他工作

我們期待你擁有

• 本科或以上學歷

• 具有耐心、細緻、周到的工作品質，工作責任心強、抗壓能力強

• 良好的組織能力及時間管理技巧，能同時處理多項工作

• 熟練使用Microsoft Office軟件，特別是Word、Excel及PowerPoint

• 具有档案管理、行政後勤相關行業的工作經驗優先

Job Opportunity

China Lounge Investments Limited is seeking a meticulous, dedicated candidate with strong resilience for the Administration & General Affairs Officer. The role oversees daily administrative and general operations of the company, covering office management, archive administration, departmental budget management and other administrative support duties.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle company archives and maintain archive ledgers
• Liaise with the secretarial service provider, handle business registration, form submission and matters relating to enterprise associations
• Prepare departmental budgets and monitor budget execution
• Drive corporate culture development initiatives
• Manage fixed asset stocktaking, office supplies and 5S implementation in office premises
• Coordinate meeting arrangements and follow up maintenance & repair requests for office facilities
• Administer procurement for administrative and general affairs
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Patient, attentive, thoughtful, highly responsible and able to work under pressure
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior working experience in archive management or administrative & logistics support is preferred
