Administration and Marketer

Are you an organised administrator with a creative side? Join Safe H2O in a varied role supporting our day-to-day office operations and creating content that helps our water tank cleaning and filtration business grow.

Working with management, you’ll handle administration and supplier invoice entry, while using AI and Canva to create engaging content. You’ll also work alongside our independent paid advertising specialist, seeing your contribution support the team and generate new enquiries and bookings.

Your role:

• General administration using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Entering supplier invoices into Xero.
• Creating social posts, campaigns, blogs and newsletters using AI and Canva.
• Checking content for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Exploring AI tools to improve administration and content creation.

You’ll bring:

• Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Confidence using AI and a willingness to keep learning.
• Skills in Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Xero experience or a willingness to learn.
• Initiative and an eye for presentation.
