What they need
Benefits
- Work across a unique high profile retail asset with strong community engagement, diverse operators and significant future potential
- Flexible work arrangements, with occasional weekend work compensated by a day in lieu
- Salary up to $95k package
About the role
We are looking for an energetic, organised and practical Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join a busy retail environment.
This is a genuinely hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role supporting the General Manager and Administration Manager with the day-to-day running of the business.
The role is approximately 70% administration and coordination and 30% marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in the operation rather than sitting behind a desk in a purely administrative role.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the General Manager and Administration Manager, including documentation, data entry, records and general projects.
- Manage tenant administration, including onboarding new tenants, preparing agreements and paperwork, maintaining records and handling general correspondence and enquiries.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, providing day-to-day support and assistance and being a visible presence onsite.
- Support events, promotions and onsite activities, coordinating requirements and assisting with delivery.
- Assist with website and social media updates, local marketing activities and basic content creation.
- Provide general operational support and assist with priorities and projects across the business as required.
- We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, practical and comfortable getting involved.
The candidate
- Previous experience in administration, retail, property, customer service or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating directly with tenants, customers and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in whatever is required
- Good Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Some experience with social media and digital content
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently
Weekend availability: The business is busiest from Friday to Sunday, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working at least one Saturday and Sunday each month.
