Administration & Operations Supervisor

Vanny Science is a company engaged in biomedical research related industry with management office in Hong Kong. We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to fill the above position.

Major responsibilities:

• Offer support to the sales team and coordinate sales related activities
• Follow up on the shipment arrangement of customers’ orders
• Manage shipment operation
• Assist in materials sourcing, negotiate contract terms, follow up on deliveries, and evaluate quality of purchased materials
• Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management
• Other job-related duties that support the Company’s operations

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience is required, with a preference for work experience in sales administration or merchandising.
• Familiar with import & export documents/ procedure
• With China and overseas exposure
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
