• Collect and consolidate monthly Primary and Secondary Sales data.
• Maintain sales achievement vs. target analysis.
• Prepare sales comparison reports for current vs. previous years.
• Monitor sales growth, decline, achievement percentage and productivity.
• Maintain monthly/quarterly/yearly targets of MRs, HQs, Managers and State Heads.
• Track target achievement and highlight underperforming HQs.
• Prepare revised target and sales projection reports.
• Monitor stockist-wise closing stock.
• Analyze excess, non-moving and slow-moving stock.
• Monitor near-expiry and expiry products and follow up for liquidation plans.
• Reconcile Primary Sales, Secondary Sales and Closing Stock.
• Monthly HQ-Stockist Wise Near Expiry Products
• Prepare Sales Review Meeting formats and presentations.
