Administration & Sales Support

Transmo is a small-medium, family-owned Tasmanian Transport company who have been operating freight services between Tasmania & Mainland Australia for the past 21 years. We are well known and highly regarded within the industry for our reliability, customer service, attention to detail & communication.

Whilst we are currently based in the Williamstown area, due to structured growth over the past 12-18 months we will be locating to new premises in Derrimut Industrial Estate late January to Early February 2027.

The person we are looking for would have the ability, or genuine willingness to learn administration tasks involved in helping to ensure the successful day to day running of our Melbourne Depot to the highest of standards.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to not only work well within a team environment but also individually, with confidence, professionalism, great communication skills, and the ability to work with customers, suppliers & drivers.

The successful applicant for the role must have the following:

-          Strong Microsoft & Computer Skills

-          Fluent English

-          Good Phone Manner

This position would involve but not limited to the following.

• Trans Virtual Platform
• Sales & Sales Support
• Operations Support
• Administration/Accounts Support

The position would be a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday, there may be the odd necessity for overtime during peak periods. Start finish times may be able to be negotiated to suit each party.
