Administration Assistant - Accounts Payable

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join a friendly and supportive team environment.

• Salary package of $65,000 – $75,000 + Super
• Port Adelaide location (free onsite parking)

About the role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office administration or accounts experience who is looking to grow their career within a stable organisation that genuinely values teamwork, development, and long-term progression. Initially, the role will focus on transactional processing, particularly data entry and accounts payable support. As you build knowledge and confidence in the role, there will be opportunities to expand into broader finance and administrative responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• High-volume data entry
• Processing accounts payable transactions
• Financial coding and data processing
• General administration support

Over time, there will also be opportunities to become involved in:

• Regional P&L support
• Quarterly bonus processing
• Supporting and mentoring team members

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous administration (essential) and/or accounts experience - predominantly Accounts Payable
• Possesses strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Has a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Is reliable, organised, and eager to build a long-term career
