Administration Assistant

Sandgroper Contracting is a rapidly growing Liquid Waste company located in the Southwest of WA.

We are currently looking for an admin all-rounder to join us for a Full-Time position. First and foremost, we are looking for someone with integrity who can offer exceptional quality customer service to our clients and become a long-term member of the Sandgroper family.

This position is based in our Picton office with hours being Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering Phones

• Data entry

• Ad-hoc admin duties

Requirements:

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Competent computer skills with strong knowledge in MS office Outlook, Excel and Word.

• An impeccable work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised and be flexible in the tasks required to get the job done

• Initiative and willingness to learn new systems

• Permanent Residency in Australia

• Business Central 365 experience preferred
