Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with general accounting and administrative duties
• Perform accounting-related data input and record keeping. Handle daily data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Provide administrative support such as arranging courier services, ordering office supplies, providing product quotations, etc
• Provide support to project teams / senior staff
• Team collaboration & communication, proactive & independent problem-solving
• Booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation for artist team
• Submit work permits, visas and other applications for event
• Assist in various duties and manage ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder in Administration / Communication or related disciplines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to multitask and complete tasks under tight schedule

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent PC knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, and other image or video editing tools will be a plus

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

5-day work week, 10am to 7pm, near Kwun Tong MTR station
