Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Take and maintain daily attendance of students.
• Maintain student records and basic administrative documentation.
• Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with students, teachers, and parents when required.
• Assist teachers and management with day-to-day class-related activities.
• Monitor the classroom environment and ensure basic discipline.
• Handle administrative work and other tasks as assigned based on the situation.
• Support the smooth functioning of the classes and centre.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for students.

Requirements

• Graduation completed.
• Candidates should be from Bhiwandi or able to commute conveniently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Prior experience working in classes, coaching institutes, schools, or educational centres will be an advantage.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Should be flexible and willing to handle different responsibilities as required.
