Administration Assistant

NOW HIRING — ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Owner.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Owner with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Go to banks and handle business-related errands
• Attend meetings with the Owner
• Help prepare for upcoming meetings and appointments
• Review weekly reports and business activity with the Owner
• Maintain clear and professional communication
• Have reliable transportation
• Be willing to learn transportation and trucking-related tasks, including communication with drivers and basic operational support

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Punctual and dependable
• Comfortable handling confidential business information
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Previous administrative or transportation experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual preferred , spanish speaking okay
