Electro-tech (EA) Ltd is a leading procurement company servicing the Oil & Gas industry.

To help with our rapidly increasing volume , we are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations.

Overview

This is an entry-level administrative role focused on keeping the business running efficiently behind the scenes. You’ll support the office function, assist with job coordination, and ensure communication between customers, suppliers and different departments is handled properly.

No prior experience is required, but you must be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Telephone & communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organisational skills
• Willingness to assist in any department

What to expect day-to-day

• Track job progress and ensure key information is logged correctly
• Liaise with suppliers for ordering materials and tracking deliveries
• Inputting data on to Sage accounts
• Provide updates on project timelines and appointments
• Administrative Duties

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Flexibility may be required around busy periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,436.80 per year
