Administration Assistant

Mediserve Nursing Agency is a fast growing National Nursing Agency (Established in 1999). Our reputation is based on providing professional nursing staff to Hospitals and other Health Facilities.

As part of this team, you will be required to be involved in all aspects of recruitment and placement including:

• On Boarding of new staff
• Screening Suitable Candidates
• Liaising with current and potential clients.
• Placement of staff with clients.
• Building and maintaining client and customer relationships.
• General administration / ad hoc duties.

We are looking for that special person who is enthusiastic and has the drive and a 'can do' attitude. If you have the drive to make a difference and can assist in recruiting and placing our staff we are keen to meet you.

Full time hours - Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm

Candidates must be competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications. Previous office experience would be advantageous.
