Administration Assistant – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a capable and organised Administration Assistant to join our East Devonport team full time. Working closely with our operations and administration teams, you will assist with day-to-day office functions and help keep our people, records and processes organised within a busy transport and logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reception, customer service and general office administration
• Data entry and accurate maintenance of company records
• Human resources administration and employee records
• Assisting with employee inductions, training records and safety checks
• Financial administration, invoicing and MYOB-related tasks
• Supporting fleet coordinators and transport operations as required

About you

• Have previous experience in an administration role
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, drivers and team members
• Be organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities
• Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Be confident learning new systems and processes
• Ideally have experience with MYOB, invoicing, payroll
