Administration Assistant (Tawau)

To manage and oversee the overall branch administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across Sales, Parts, and Service departments. The role supports branch efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records and facilitating coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Departmental Coordination: Provide administrative support for sales transactions, parts inventory, and service scheduling.
• Financial Administration: Prepare branch reports, monitor petty cash, and assist in budget tracking.
• Customer Support: Handle inquiries, assist in resolving customer issues, and maintain service quality standards.
• HR Support: Review attendance records, assist in recruitment processes, and manage training logistics.
• Procurement: Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance & Filing: Maintain proper filing systems and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
• Facilities Management: Oversee branch facilities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
